• Owen began inspecting homes in the Okanagan in 1990. 
• He is the second person to earn CAHPI(BC) Registered Home Inspector (RHI 2 BC/95) status, is also a National Certificate Holder and licensed in BC #47136. 
• Owen has been performing home inspections in the Okanagan Valley longer than anyone else in the industry. 
• His training includes graduating from the Professional Home Inspectors Institute in Virginia and attending seminars across North America. 
• Owen has been active in the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors in British Columbia and across Canada and has received numerous rewards for his contribution to the home inspection industry.
